As friends who each lost a parent in 2023, David and Brenda reflect on their experiences of grief, on how grief doesn’t stay the same but shifts, stretches, folds and reshapes itself as life goes on. 

David also speaks about the unfair expectation for men to withhold emotion, and how therapy and community have impacted his grief journey.
